Crime and Hazardous Activities Prevention, Law enforcement Assistance and Intelligence Network (CHAPLAIN, INC.) officers and members successfully paid a Courtesy Visit to Honorable Congresswoman Lani Mercado-Revilla today. On behalf of our Founding Chairman, Delfin G. Giducos Jr., Ptr. Glenn C. Guillen, Deputy Director General for Administration, together with Cavite Provincial Director Ptr. Joel B. Ofqueria, led the meeting and presented the organization’s mission, vision, and key objectives. During the discussion, CHAPLAIN, INC. expressed its strong commitment to collaborating with Local Government Units (LGUs) and the Philippine National Police in promoting peace and order, strengthening values formation, and supporting crime prevention initiatives within the community. We are also honored that Congresswoman Lani Mercado-Revilla graciously accepted our invitation to attend the 1st Anniversary Celebration of CHAPLAIN, INC.
