In a landmark event led by our esteemed leaders—Major Gen. Dr. Delfin G. Giducos Jr., Founding Chairman, President & CEO; Major Gen. Joshua Gaco, Overall Adviser & International Chaplain Ambassador; Colonel Fe Gaco, Deputy for International Chaplain Ambassador; and Brig. Gen. Odelio Gica, Vice President, Inspectorate Head & Parañaque City Director—CHAPLAIN continues its bold mission to build a unified presence across the Philippines. In this historic ceremony, we all took an oath—from our highest-ranking officials to every committed member. The Executive Leadership, Inspectorate Deputies, Specialized Divisions, Regional Directors, and Members were officially sworn in, marking a unified commitment to our shared mission. With a clear vision to establish leadership in all 1,488 municipalities and 146 cities nationwide, this expansion represents a critical milestone in fulfilling our calling to serve with faith, integrity, and compassion—fully aligned with United Nations ECOSOC standards.
